The Project Briefing Protocol

A concise framework to streamline our initial assessment. Submitting this information accelerates the quote process and reduces back-and-forth.

Phase 1: Discovery

We require site context, budgetary ceilings, and regulatory constraints (e.g., zoning, heritage status, DTU compliance). Without these, feasibility cannot be accurately assessed.

  • Property address and access constraints
  • Target budget range (all-inclusive)
  • Known regulatory hurdles

Phase 2: Scope Definition

Define the desired outcome with clarity. Are you renovating a historic façade, extending a residential footprint, or executing a commercial fit-out?

Scenario:

"Renovation of a 1920s Haussmannian apartment. Requirement: preserve original parquet flooring and plaster moldings while upgrading insulation and electrical systems to modern standards."

Phase 3: Timeline & Deliverables

Critical milestones and 'must-complete' dates. This helps us sequence works and align sub-contractor schedules.

🚫 Pitfall to Avoid:

Submitting incomplete architectural drawings. We require CAD (.dwg) or high-resolution PDF formats for accurate quantity take-offs and 3D modeling.

Terms of Engagement & Response SLA

Transparency is the foundation of trust. Below are our standard operating protocols for communication and project initiation. Understanding these terms ensures alignment from the first interaction.

Response Timeline Standard

  • Initial Acknowledgement: Within 48 hours (business days).
  • Detailed Quote Turnaround: 5-7 business days for standard renovations.
  • Complex Projects: 10-15 days (requires full site survey & engineering review).

Direct Partnership Access Preferred

  • Technical Queries: Direct to Head of Construction.
  • Design & Spatial Planning: Direct to Lead Architect.
  • Strategy & Client Relations: Direct to Managing Partner.

Self-Service Resources (While You Wait)

To determine if our capabilities align with your project scope, we encourage reviewing our completed works. This provides context on our execution style, material preferences, and project scale.

Initiate a Project Discussion

Use the form below to send a structured brief. A member of our partnership team will review your information and schedule a call to align on feasibility, scope, and timeline.

All fields are required for an accurate assessment.

Method Note: How We Evaluate Project Briefs

Our initial assessment isn't a quote; it's a feasibility gauge. We evaluate three dimensions to determine if we can proceed:

1. Regulatory Alignment

We map your brief against local DTU codes, heritage zoning (if applicable), and access permits. If the project requires a variance we can't support, we will explain why.

2. Scope vs. Capability

We benchmark against our portfolio. A 10-unit residential block is within scope; a hospital wing is not. Honesty saves time for both sides.

3. Timeline & Resource Load

We map the brief to our current and projected project schedule. If a 'must-complete' date conflicts with known resource constraints, we will flag it immediately.

This process is designed to protect your investment and our reputation for on-time, on-budget delivery.
